I normally never post things like this, but the way we were treated at Cape Harbour Marina this Memorial Day weekend was honestly unacceptable. My boyfriend and I came from Boca Raton for his birthday weekend and brought our jet skis with us. Since we rented a house on the water, we asked ahead of time if we could launch the jet skis on Saturday and leave them in until Tuesday before pulling them back out. The employee working there told us yes, no problem, and charged us for the trailers. Fast forward to Tuesday when we came back to load everything up — a different employee approached us with a horrible attitude from the start, demanding more money and acting like we were trying to get away with something. We explained multiple times that we had already spoken to another worker and already paid, but instead of handling it professionally, he immediately became rude, argumentative, and aggressive. What shocked me most was how comfortable he was yelling at customers and speaking to people disrespectfully over such a small situation. At one point he literally told us that if we didn’t like it, we could just never come back. Trust me, after that interaction, that won’t be a problem.

What a terrible experience I had at Cape Harbour Marina over Memorial Day weekend. I traveled from Boca Raton to celebrate my birthday and brought two jet skis with me. On Saturday, May 23rd, we went to the marina to use the boat ramp. Before launching, I specifically asked the employee working there if we could leave the jet skis in the water and return on Tuesday, May 26th, to pull them out since we had rented a waterfront house. He told us that was perfectly fine and that the charge would be $20 per trailer. We paid and went on our way. When we returned Tuesday around noon to retrieve the jet skis, a different employee was there and immediately started harassing us, demanding another $20 per trailer. I calmly explained that we had already paid and had been told by the previous employee that we were covered until Tuesday. Instead of listening or trying to understand the situation, this guy became aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. This was honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee was disrespectful, confrontational, and acting like an absolute miserable jerk. We started our Great Loop adventure by staying at Safe Harbor Cape Harbour… and completely fell in love with the place. What was meant to be a short stay quickly turned into a one-year annual contract. This gave us the opportunity to explore other Safe Harbor marinas along the way—and we can confidently say that Cape Harbour is, by far, our favorite. The staff is absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The community here is something truly special; the neighbors feel more like family than just fellow boaters. We always felt extremely safe—honestly one of the safest marinas we’ve experienced. On top of that, having great restaurants, live music, and such a vibrant atmosphere right on site makes this place feel like a dream. We leave with zero regrets—only amazing memories—and now it’s time to let others enjoy this incredible marina. Enjoy, everyone!

Just needed to pull our boat out, 25' Proline Sport. Staying in Cape Coral 1 mi away. It's $20 bucks! I will say the man by forklift I gave the money to was very nice. But he doesn't own place. The owners charging $20 bucks for boat ramp pull out is ridiculous! I can tell you the market is changing and the days of take it or leave it are over. By the end year, they will be wishing they treated locals (Florida Residents) better. First time here and last. We live & boat N Tampa where you can go fast in channels. Ty

Nice place to come for a short walk. You can shop in several nice stores. Make sure you try local Rumrunner at the tiki bar - it’s very good (cost $10.65).
